10.0Our room was right next to laundry service area so was noisy in the morning with carts up and down the hallway. Breakfast was good.

4.0Check in was great. I was not pleased with the overall stay, the pool was green and unable to swim in. When we arrived to our room there was old food in the fridge from the previous guests. Very limited supply of towels, my reservation was for 3 adults and a child and there were only enough towels for 2 adults. Towels were left out to be replaced as stated on the paper that was downstairs and I had to go take those down and ask for clean ones. When using the pull out bed in the couch there were stained sheets that were not clean, we had to go ask for more sheets.
