7.0Good location, good breakfast & clean hotel.
− I booked a twin room but was given a double room, we where on a cycling holiday and I went straight down to reception to let them know about the mistake. Unfortunately my friend had jumped in the shower so the staff said you've used the room so can't change it. We noticed it was two single beds pushed together to make a double. I would have been happy if they had given us some single sheets or something to sort this problem out. Just felt like the staff didn't want to help to sort the problem out which they had made
