10.0We've stayed at this property countless times, it's our go-to every time we return to the island. Service is great, rooms are great. Breakfast has gone down a bit, but everything else was perfect

2.0Do not waste your time or money staying here. The best thing about the place was the pool, and even that was untidy and grotty. The bathroom was disgusting. The sink, toilet, shower and bath were all unclean and incredibly old and rusty. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The bed linen and towels were all white and all had dirty marks and stains on them. The breakfast was pretty disappointing. They cook you bacon and eggs, but the bacon is actually ham the eggs are cooked until they are dry and tasteless. The pool bar wasn’t open and looked like it had been closed for some time. Everything in the resort was old and rickety. The staff were nice and friendly, but the rest of the resort was such a let down. Never again.

6.0Location was the best you could ask for. The swim up bar is closed which was disappointing. We booked to have a buffet breakfast and only got a set breakfast Dailey that did not change little annoyed about that. I did talk to staff about this and the where hopefully be back into there best as soon as all renovation are completed. Overall nice location nice gardens rooms was ok and we had a ball 5 out of 10 been to Bali 7 times.
