Great place to stay in Nusa Dua
10.0Our room was amazing - we were kindly upgraded as we were on our honeymoon. The private pool was fantastic, and a great place to relax. The main pools were great too, and we enjoyed the breakfast, especially the pancakes. The beach club was nice, but some effort to clean the rubbish that washes on shore would have made a huge difference.
− We ordered food one evening expecting it to be ready in around half an hour as we had to go out. When we went to check after 30 mins we were told it would be another 30 mins (1 hour total for pizza and chips). The restaurant seemed empty at the time. In future, if guests could be told approx how long it would take at time of ordering that would be helpful.
Very comfortable relaxing place
9.0It’s a very comfortable hotel. Good pool area with restaurant where you can buy refreshments and food - very convenient and you don’t even need to go anywhere. Quiet and tranquil I would say. Room was also quite spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Spa facilities are very good too. I’ve got massage twice, can recommend. Personell is very friendly, helped me with the bags (there is no elevator in the hotel).
− I guess the minor pirking is for the smell of chlorine - towels smelled it, and also water in the pool. It’s understandable hotel wants to make sure everything is clean and so, but it’s first time I get towels that are so smelly with chlorine/bleach (they are for sure very white though). Air conditioner is extremely noisy. I had to turn it off or sleep with earplugs.

Nice place for some R&R in Bali
10.0Nice resort style hotel. My room was upgraded which was nice. It had a plunge pool and it's own veranda. The rooms are very big, if a little tired. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed here for the last few days of a 2 month trip, so I was looking for some peaceful R&R which I got. The Saturday night buffet was excellent, although the musical entertainment wasn't the greatest.
