Great Birthday Celebration
10.0we had a meet up with my wifes sister and her husband for my birthday . My wife and I were staying at the hotel , next door , so i actually got to have a drink, i had a Pink Elephant , a Fishbowl cocktail with a Smirnoffs Ice stuffed in the top , a BIG drink, and it was great. I had a Filet Mignon which was great . and i got a Brownie with a big chunk of drizzled ice cream. we had a good time and our waitress was friendly and very attentive . we will be back

Reasonably priced place close to Nakiska
6.0The hotel is fine.it was clean and comfortable. My boys loved the waterslide. There is nothing around this hotel in walking distance, so we ate at the onsite family restaurant. The food was good and the atmosphere was ok. Kind of felt like we were at banquet tables. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

10.0We always value our family trips at this hotel, especially after a ski day at Nakiska. The service is great, rooms are clean and our favorite is how professional and positive Haroune and his staff are! 😀
Exceptional Service
10.0A huge thank you to Haroune for helping us out. I somehow managed to book only one night instead of two and somehow that booking was not through their website. Long story short, I was scammed through booking.com and paid in American dollars. He truly made it easy for us to switch that booking to the nights we actually required and upgraded our room at a discounted rate for the troubles. Thank you Haroune. You saved our butts today!

8.0Staff and casino personnel were super friendly and kind. Food was delicious! Overall great experience! Although rooms were pricey and some shortcomings, still satisfied. Haroune checked us in and was kind and friendly!
