10.0Perfect location to Crocus City Hall for the concert, excellent room service and 24 hours cafe. I wishing to have a cattle in the room only. But it was possible to order a pot of nice fruit tea.

4.0너무 시끄러움 옆 방 소음이 고스란히... 아무 뷰도 없고 창도 못 여는 청소상태도 별로였음 마치 7-80년대 호텔에 와 있는 기분이 드는 호텔이었음 전시장 옆으로 전시자에게 좋은 위치가 유일한 장점
Very good hotel
8.0Very nice hotel, good location, near metro station, big and clean room, good furniture, clean and big bathroom, nice view on Moscow river, internet is good, food was delicious, nearhotel is big shopping mall, the rooms were a bit cold at night, but everything was OK, a place for every recommendation.
Dirty towels
2.0I had a very bad experience at this hotel. At the reception, two towels were pushed under my nose, indicated that they were from my room. They said that they could not cleanse them and that they are now useless. The towels are supposed to be soiled with makeup. For this I was issued an account of 2500 rubles. Therefore, dear travelers, if you are going to this hotel, watch how you wash.
