6.0A localização é boa, estava tudo limpo e tem um jardim agradável
− O atendimento e a dinâmica do estacionamento é péssima. A piscina não é aquecida, é climatizada. O café da manhã não é grande coisa. Ainda quando estávamos lá a parte da frente estava sendo reformada e tínhamos que sair pelo estacionamento (que não tem passagem de pedestre) com uma criança pequena. O hotel não é ruim, mas não volto. São Paulo é greve e com certeza tem melhores opções!

6.0O café da manhã era ótimo e os funcionários eram extremamente gentis! O hotel realmente é bom mas estava em um período de obras então sentimos que não aproveitamos ele em seu maior potencial. O espaço do quarto é ótimo e as camas são super confortáveis. Boa limpeza também!
− Durante toda a estadia enfrentamos alguns problemas. Pra começar, o hotel estava em obras (disseram que era só a fachada, mas chegando lá estava sem portaria e era um transtorno muito chato entrar e sair pela garagem toda vez). Um dos elevadores ficou +1 semana estragado, tumultuando muito o uso e enchendo excessivamente. Eles tiveram um problema interno com a chave do nosso quarto e ficamos 2 dias dependendo de funcionários para abrir a porta. A sala e a pia do banheiro estavam sem luz, o que foi bem chato. Na pia tinham trocado o sabonete de mão por shampoo.

5.0− Poucos elevadores em funcionamento, demorando 10 min para conseguir descer ou subir. Limpeza a desejar, bem como em 1 diária limparam após ligação à recepção. Mesmo com placa para limpeza. Café da manhã a desejar, com poucas opções. Hotel em obras, com muito barulho. Hotel de mais de 600,00 a diária, não valeu custo benefício.
