Amazing staff, loved the pool, awesome location, and the area is very pretty

− Food was eh, hit or miss, no AC (yes I knew this before booking the room, but the first night was super uncomfortable, the second one was better), room was old, only two pairs of outlets and one was not working properly (the front desk did send maintenance to try to fix it but didn't really make a difference), I could not figure out how to lock the sliding door

Me encanto el hotel.

− Solo me pareció muy fea la reja que colocaron dentro de la piscina para divirla. Horrible. Y falta iluminacion en l zona del closet de la habitación y el piso rojo de cemento muy liso y peligroso para las personas mayores asi como tambien falta colocar un pasamanos en la ducha. Por lo demás el hotel es precioso. Vuelvo, gracias,
