Booking.com and Adina Hotel Frankfurt mislead customers, it is a construction site.
1.0Absolutely nothing. Booking.com and Adina Hotel Frankfurt know that this hotel is undergoing significant internal reconstruction yet they take the clients money without informing the client. I have once again checked Booking.com website, there is zero mention that the Adina Hotel is undergoing significant reconstruction meaning the hotel facilities are zero for the customer but this is not mentioned in the Booking.com website.
− It is totally incorrect that a person spends their hard earned money upon a so called 4 star hotel when upon arrival they find a construction site within the hotel. Booking.com does not alert clients to this situation which is completely wrong, there was no restaurant area, no lobby area, no breakfast room ( it resembled a high school lunch room with fold up tables ), dirty elevators due to construction dust, and the room did not have the facilities advertised. I check out after one night instead of the 4 nights paid for. I requested a refund but so far absolutely no feedback however I will be making this situation public.

9.0Schöne neue Zimmer, freundliches und kompetentes Personal, hervorragende Lage. Von den Renovierungsarbeiten bekommt man nicht viel mit.
− Der Geschirrspüler muss unbedingt grundgereinigt werden. Das Frühstück im Konferenzraum ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das dürfte sich aber nach den Renovierungsarbeiten erledigt haben.
