Lots of room and sun, good location.
8.0Generous apartment with 3 good bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sunny balcony. Excellent location close to Mooloolaba shops, cafes, restaurants and beach.
− It needs a through clean of skirting boards, windowsills etc. the cleans between stays cover the often used surfaces but needs a proper deep clean once in a while.

9.0Location. Free parking. Spectacular views. Hard to locate a three bedroom apartment these days, and this one ticked all the boxes.
− Sliding door to balcony needs repair. Won't close fully, let's in wind & Street noise.
Perfect location.
