Mycket trevligt hotell som har byggts ut och ger ett mer attraktivt uttryck. Bodde i den nya delen och är mycket nöjd över kvaliteten samt atmosfären.

− Gymmet är litet och trångt samt att utbudet litet för att genomföra ett allsidigt träningspass. Ventilationen inte bra i gymdelen. Relativt trång möblerad restaurangdel med hög akustik.

Honestly, this stay was a complete waste of money. I deeply regret booking this property. There are plenty of better hotels nearby that offer far better service, professionalism, and value for the price. After my experience, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. A hotel should make guests feel welcome and respected, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Save your money and choose another property in Candolim.

− Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not the Hospitality I Expected My stay at Radisson Candolim started well, but the checkout experience completely ruined it. I was charged an additional ₹3,200 for a stain on a blanket. What disappointed me the most was not just the charge, but the way it was handled. The blanket was never inspected in my presence to determine whether the stain was permanent or could be removed through normal cleaning. I was simply told to pay. The front desk staff's behavior was extremely rude and arrogant. Instead of handling the situation professionally, I was asked to remove my luggage from the cab immediately and felt pressured to pay without any proper discussion. I eventually paid the amount to avoid further confrontation, but I left feeling humiliated rather than respected as a guest. Hospitality is about treating guests with courtesy, empathy, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. The front desk staff behaved more like people trying to intimidate guests into paying than hospitality professionals. It created an uncomfortable and stressful atmosphere during what should have been a smooth checkout. This experience left me deeply disappointed and saddened. I chose Radisson expecting a premium hospitality experience, but I left with a very negative impression. I sincerely hope the management reviews the conduct of the front desk team and improves the way guest concerns are handled, because no guest should leave feeling this way. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my checkout experience.

The location, my room was nice & airy.

− The staff courtesy, the hospitality was below average. Rather poor. Charged for ice, no cutlery if not ordered from the in room dining, very very poor

− The staff was very non responsive and we have to call the reception again and again for any services. Even the basic towels took multiple reminders and follow ups . Also , We have opted for dinner in the package however there was no buffet . The reception checkin experience was very poor as the staff was very arrogant and rude .
