9.0The on-site café is incredible. My server Steve was fantastic! Food is excellent and I found all of it was very fresh. I walked everywhere and left my vehicle in the parking lot! The room was an an actual ADA compliant room making it very easy for me to move around. They even have a short ramp to avoid the 4" step up into the room. The room is not frills but very inviting. There are limited drawers for an extended stay. Anna was awesome and got me ice the first night because the ice machine is on the 2nd floor and there are no stairs.
− Everything except the ice machine and bed was excellent. The bed was very hard and caused hip pain (I'm a side sleeper). The only ice machine is on the second floor and there are no elevators. The place needs an ice machine on the ground floor.

10.0The staff were very nice even prior to our arrival. The location is great. I like to walk and it was perfect for that. Shops and a farmer's market right there....restaurants with great food. It was quaint and fit our needs well.
− I had to change rooms because the breaker tripped for my a/c when I got in late. Although it was a small inconvenience, I was grateful that another room was available and I did not have to wait for a repair the next day.
