6.0The hotel room was lacking. The AC was outdated and loud and it only cooled down the bedroom side of the room. We have two kids so one parent and one kid was freezing and the other two on the sofa bed were super hot. The bedding was thin - no large comforters. In the shower, there were two shampoos, one conditioner and no body wash. The towels were paper thin. The bathroom doors are the sliding doors that don’t latch when you close them so there isn’t much for privacy. Breakfast bar was unable to keep up with the demand for water. I would have liked to see flavored creamer options.

2.0Decided to stay here even though this hotel was $50 more than other places. Really regretted my decision. Check-in took 30+ mins (actually that was the same for each customer). The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was not great at all.
