Management was nice and always exchanged towels when I took them down to the office.
4.0Easy access to the road ways we needed
− Blow dryer didn’t work, cleaning lady didn’t always show up.

7.0We slept very comfortable and the rooms were decently clean.
− The first room we were placed in did not have a/c but the staff was very nice about it and solved the issue quickly and moved us to another room.
If we had a do-over we would not have stayed here.
7.0The young ma that checked us in was helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean.
− -The listing said breakfast was included….it wasn’t. So we paid for something we didn’t get. And had to spend extra money to eat breakfast out. -when making our reservation I explained we were coming into town for a wedding and would need a little extra time to stay in the room so we wouldn’t be hours early to the wedding. We had to explain this to every staff member but STILL got locked out of the room at 11 despite being told by all that we could stay till 12:30 without an extra charge. It was frustrating that nobody seemed to communicate with one another…and it ended up costing us quite a bit of money to “kill time” in magnolia when we could have just stayed a bit longer in the room.
