10.0The manager Azmi is the best I had ever come across, in the hospitality business, I followed him from Venue hotel at Joo Chiat road, to where he is today. If not for Azmi ,I won't be staying at hotel 81. I like to see more managers like him, very helpful and approachable, he can not do enough for his customers.
− The shower's head holder not properly secured, it keeps falling down whilst showering and the lid on the gel dispenser comes off.
