4.0Pretty average hotel nothing really called my attention
− We didn't have water for 3-4 hours and the room was not clean every day, towels were not changed when we request it.

7.0Staff was amazing and responsive to all requests. Heated pool allowed the kids to swim all day! Wide range of breakfast options.
− Housekeeping needs improvement. Mix matched number of towels to washcloths. Empty conditioner container in shower. No dish soap. Just small things that were annoying and needed to be remedied by the front desk. Might be time to replace the beds.
