− * Room cleanliness: The bed sheets had long hairs on them upon check-in, indicating the room had not been cleaned thoroughly before my arrival. * Lack of communication about housekeeping: I was not informed during booking or at check-in that housekeeping is provided only after every three days of stay. * Inconsistent housekeeping policy: I received different information from staff—one person said housekeeping could be arranged upon request, while another said the request had to be made at least 24–25 hours in advance. As a result, my room was not cleaned during my stay. * Missing bathroom amenities: There was no body lotion provided in the room. * Limited breakfast options: The breakfast menu remained the same each day, with very limited vegetarian choices. * Unexplained charge at checkout: I was charged $14 during checkout without any explanation of what the charge was for.
