Whole family enjoyed the hotel.

I should’ve got a refund that was the worst day I’ve ever had in my life and the worst room that I’ve ever had and the t
1.0I think I should’ve got a refund because the room was so small. It was like a closet and it was supposed to be 400 feet. It was the most terrible room I’ve ever stayed in and so tiny I was claustrophobic and the TV was so tiny you couldn’t even see it.
− The mattress had a blood stain on it that was covered up by a mattress cover and the room was super tiny that you were claustrophobic. The room wasn’t clean. There was no soap to wash your hands. There was no staff to bring it up. The pool was a mess with dirty towels all over the place and all over the floor by the pool and there was no clean towels by the pool.
