8.0Servizi, organizzazione e cura del cliente migliorati rispetto alla mia ultima visita di qualche anno fa. Bellissimo il ristorante / sala colazioni con cupola affrescata. Non ho mangiato nella struttura.
In pieno relax: staccare la spina e rilassarsi in un posto tranquillo è possibile!
8.0La struttura è in una posizione ottima a Marsala. Presenta una bella piscina rilassante con sdraio, il buffet della colazione veramente ricco, dal dolce al salato e il personale tanto cordiale! Ci sono delle chicche dentro l’hotel che sono veramente bellissime. Le camere grandi, spaziose e ben fornite con tutti i comfort
Excellent location and service, but needs renovations to be a true 5-star hotel
8.0This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 15-minute walk from the historic center and right across from the tourist port, making it incredibly convenient to catch a boat for a day trip to Favignana island. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, with a special shout-out to the receptionist, Maria Laura, whose kindness was truly unmatched. The property itself is large and spacious, offering various comfortable common areas such as relaxation lounges, workspaces, and a TV room. We stayed in a Superior Room, and both the bedroom and the bathroom were generously sized and very comfortable.
− On the downside, the hotel is in need of some renovations and a bit more overall care to truly reflect the standards of a 5-star establishment. The pool area feels somewhat neglected, and we were quite disappointed to discover that pool towels are charged as an extra fee, which is very unexpected for a hotel in this category.

8.0We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The hotel was clean throughout. The food we had in the restaurant and the breakfast was very good. The car park was big and we always had a space.
− It could do with a little bit of modernisation in the furnishings. It’s perfectly acceptable just a little dated but in a way that adds to the aesthetic and charm of the place.
