8.0Staff was exceptional, in the casino and in the restaurant. Room was clean.

1.0The restaurant was decent.
− The room was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke and pee. We requested a nonsmoking room. There were no accommodating outlets. We have c-pap machines and had to unplug the lights and phone behind the bed we had to pull out. When we pulled out the bed there was white stuff everywhere and dirty! I ended up sleeping on top of the bed in a blanket I brought from home because it was so nasty! We tried to get ice for water and such but the ice machine was broken.
