3.0− К сожалению, впечатления от проживания остались негативные. Номер был грязным, особенно ванная комната — складывалось ощущение, что уборку провели очень поверхностно. Персонал совершенно неприветливый: ни «здравствуйте», ни «до свидания», общение было безразличным. Завтрак средний — что-то выбрать можно, но людей очень много, а грязную посуду и столы убирают неохотно, из-за чего не всегда есть где сесть. Самый большой минус — шумоизоляция. Ночью было очень шумно из-за улицы, создавалось ощущение, что спишь с открытым окном. Кроме того, кондиционер работал настолько громко, что напоминал дизельный двигатель и мешал нормально спать. В этот отель больше не вернусь и рекомендовать его не могу.

Good place for stay and relax, but the hotel management have some room for improvement.
7.0Great location, spa was also nice. We really like the room, it had a view to the old city and beds were very comfortable. Most of the people working in the hotel are very nice.
− Pillows were not really comfortable, they are old and worth replacing. Some spa facilities didn’t work on Saturday. Our room cold be cleaner, especially the bathroom. Also, the lady on our check-in day wasn’t really friendly. Breakfast was like 6/10, same every day and poor coffee.

8.0Spa-alue, henkilökunnan ystävällisyys. Hyvä idea oli muun muassa lapsille annetut piirustusvälineet kun odotimme ruokia Italialaisessa.
− Aamiainen oli pettymys, sillä lusikat, kupit, tarjottavat olivat melkein koko ajan loppu ja ihmiset jonottivat lisää, Kun lisää tuli, emme aina ehtineet ottamaan mitään sillä pieniä lapsia mukana ja tuodut määrät eivät olleet suuria. Itse kävin jatkamassa aamiaista hotellin ulkopuolella.

− Mutta hotellin ja huoneiden matot ovat erittäin huonossa kunnossa, kaikki on tahriintunutta ja kulunutta, käytävällä olevassa huoneessa oli palanut lamppu, joka teki siitä pimeän.
