The staff was great and overall a good value

− Low water pressure, toilet too small. Pillows were a bit stiff

8.0Customer service was exceptional from the front desk to service at breakfast. V friendly and helpful. Location is good too, with a lake view and a short walk to places to eat. The town of Baddeck is worth a visit, esp down by the water
− Decor in the rooms & bathrooms could do with an update, they looked pretty ‘tired’.
Great time in a great location
7.0Great location. Lovely big room and sea view with balcony. Swimming pool, restaurant and laundrette
− The only slight annoying thing was we could hear those staying up above us and in the rooms either side. This wouldn’t stop us from staying again
Clean and comfortable
8.0We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast service wasn't available but they gladly provided options for us to go to.
Just avoid it

− Super expensive. It needs to be demolished as it’s so old fashioned. Invest some money in it!!! In the meantime, people should avoid it.
