10.0La calidad en el servicio por parte de Víctor Ignacio Cortés (recepcionista), quien en todo momento fue muy amable, es muy carismático y tiene una gran actiud de servicio. También las personas que sirven el desayuno, siempre fueron muy lindas y atentas, brindando calidez en su servicio. También el personal que mantuvo limpia las habitaciones.

− Que me subieron el precio cuando llegue mi reserva era de $5300 2 habitaciones ya con impuestos sumados en mi reserva Booking y llegando al hotel me samparon 800 pesos mas que tuve que pagar y no es el dinero 800 pesos la verdad no me afectaron pero la acción de no respetar lo acordado con booking. Repeta el costo y no salgas que el tipo de cambio jajaja 17.85 esa fue la respuesta mas endeja del Hotel en fin también estabreseña va para Google copy paste
