Exasperated, GM was not hospitality orientated.
1.0We got to hotel. They didn’t have our booking.com reservation. They claimed that our booking was for the month before. No matter how many times booking . Com spoke to them they dug their heels in. We had to pay for the “ no show” on a reservation we did not make as well as our current night stay. After hours of phone calls and disrespectful dialogues with the Anchorage Gm Booking .com refunded us and they plan to go after Crown Plaza.
