9.0The breakfast was nice just too early.
− My bathroom had a bit of mold in the tub and the floor was not cleaned properly. The elevator was also not cleaned until day 3.

7.0Location and room for a one night stay.
− Check in staff could have been more customer friendly. The pool was a bit deceiving mentioning it was heated. The room was warm, but the water seemed chilly. We couldn't find the lights to turn on. There seemed to be lack of communication. The room seemed a little bit warm. My husband tried adjusting the thermostat, but it just reset itself. On the second floor, there was a dip in the floor (hallway)going to our room. My husband trip over it.
