10.0Mrs. Angela was absolutely phenomenal. We experienced several issues during our stay and spoke with four different people before we were fortunate enough to meet her. She was the first person who truly took the time to listen, understand our concerns, and resolve every issue we were having. Mrs. Angela was respectful, kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Thanks to her dedication and exceptional customer service, our trip completely turned around and has been amazing ever since. We are incredibly grateful that we crossed paths with her. She is truly an asset to your team!

Bday Trip gone bad
2.0I am writing to express my disappointment with my experience at Aria. This is my first time staying at the hotel, and unfortunately, the first day of my birthday trip has been one issue after another. Before arriving, I called to confirm the amount of the security deposit and was told it would be $100 per night. However, when I checked in, I was charged $150 per night instead. Being given incorrect information before my arrival was frustrating and immediately put a damper on the start of my trip. The problems continued after check-in. I sent my girlfriend a digital room key through the MGM app and added her to my reservation, but the app would not work. To make sure there wouldn’t be any issues, I also called the front desk and gave them her first and last name so she would be added to the reservation. Despite that, when she went to the front desk, she was told she had never been added. I had to come downstairs myself to bring her up to the room. Once we finally got into the room, we found that it had not been properly cleaned. On top of that, I kept experiencing technical issues in the room. The in-room tablet was not working until a technician came to repair it. While he was there, he also informed me that the air conditioning in my room had apparently not been working properly for the past couple of days, which was very concerning. Between the broken tablet, the air conditioning issue, and the other technical problems, it feels like I was placed into a room that should have been taken out of service until everything was fixed. This is my first stay at Aria and the first day of my birthday trip, and my initial experience has honestly been horrible. I chose Aria because of its reputation, but instead I’ve dealt with incorrect information, reservation issues, app failures, a dirty room, multiple maintenance problems, and an air conditioner that I was told had not been working properly before I even arrived. I would appreciate it if management could review everything that has happened and let me know what can be done to make this right.
