6.0Found the bathroom old and not in great condition. Dirty door jamb, shower door old and gungy. Windows dirty. Kitchenette was inadequate, had to boil kettle on a shelf, needed to reach up to get hot kettle. No bench space at all. Cooker - didn't use, we thought it was dangerous - no exhast fan above, gas too close to microwave. Had to use two remotes to get TV working. Toilet seat was loose. Location was convenient for our needs, but would look elsewhere next time. Receptionist was friendly. Lifts were claustrophobic.

8.0The water was very slow to get away on the bathroom sink & shower. But it was very clean. Bit expensive for such a small room but a great location & great staff. The surrounds need a hose but I’m assuming that is not the Gabba units fault. We had a good experience there
