Hotelul a făcut modificări ale rezervării (schimbare de cameră) chiar în ziua sosirii și nu am avut timp să caut alt hot

− A fost schimbată camera rezervată în ultimul moment cu una mică fără să acorde o reducere sau un alt beneficiu. Am acceptat fiindcă avem rezervare doar pentru o singură noapte și nu aveam timp să caut alt hotel. Curățenia lasă de dorit, mobilierul era deteriorat.
