9.0Convenient location with plentiful parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice amenities and good wifi. The room is clean, comfortable and smartly designed to maximize the space and function. Highly recommended for stays in the GB area.
− We've stayed at this property several times over the years when in town visiting friends and family, and it's starting to show its age. However, it remains well maintained, clean, comfortable and as conveneint as ever.

8.0Mattress was very comfortable. Room was quiet. Location was convenient to our real destination - Resch Center. The value for the room felt worth it. HVAC worked very well. Room was cold when we checked in. Raised temp and it was fine in a very short while.
− The shower did not seem to have a warm setting. The water was either near scalding hot or freezing cold. Neither my wife nor I could find the "warm" sweet spot on the temperature control lever. Big tear in the wallpaper/plaster on one wall. First thing you notice upon entering the sleeping area. Bad first impression.
