This visit is unfair. I have stayed with this location many times and have had many great experiences. However, this one was not that. The first room I had opened had not been cleaned. The second room did not have adequate cooling the first day and a half into my stay.

Clean hotel not much value for the rate.

We tried this hotel as others we normally stay at we’re booked. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable however no microwave in the room and only like half of the tv channels worked with the other saying no network connection. No breakfast is included and with the rate we paid I wouldn’t come again without some sort of additional value to our day. We stay in two other Marriott branded hotels in the area for less and those include a morning breakfast.

Didn’t eat there

− No tv asked for another room or refund for second night was told manager was in meeting I asked to explain it to him and to call me back I received no call so went back to my house

− Night service guy on the fourth was drunk or high. The tvs didn’t work at all and wasn’t told that on check in. And 2 kids died on a 4 wheeler in your parking lot while staying there

Got a Wedding - Stay at Aloft Bolingbrook, IL

Hello. My name is Pat Miller. I attended my great-niece's wedding in Plainfield, IL but we stayed at the Aloft Bolingbrook, IL. Wow. I was very impressed. The hotel is moderate 4-story modern building with plenty of parking. Clean, bright and with welcoming staff in front lobby. When you are welcomed with a smiling face, you know you are a valued guest. The rooms were a bit smaller but beautiful modern decor. The hotel even had a shuttle bus to take the wedding party and guests to and from the venue in Plainfield, IL about 25 min. drive. The hotel staff worked with the wedding planners to allow refreshments for guests and new arrivals in the lobby after the wedding. I didn't discover until the following morning, they had the heated swimming pool and workout room adjacent to the lobby. Then I had the experience of losing my phone. After we checked out, we called the hotel and someone had found it in the lobby and turned it in to the front desk where they kept it safe, locked up until I was able to return to retrieve it. Thank you Aloft staff. I appreciated my entire experience while there and recommend Aloft Bolingbrook to any traveler - many amenities short distance from hotel. Try it. You'll like it.!
