Definitely wouldn’t be a repeat stay.
3.0The property was listed as a 4 star stay on the website, it definitely had been overrated.
− Upon arrival one room (402) was heavily febreezed and the second (404) smelled of cigarette smoke (both non-smoking units). We left with scratchy throats and very stuffed up sinuses. When our party arrived the smoke detector was going off in Room 403(not our room), staff was notified. The next morning at 5:45 a.m. we(both rooms) awoke to the detector going off again. The front desk was notified. We waited as the detector con’t to scream. Phoned down again to check if they were rectifying the situation. Front desk just said he tried calling the room. I went down at 6:30 after we knocked to let them know it was a continuing issue. I was asked if anyone answered … No! Staff came up to knock and very hesitantly entered to press the alarm off. The alarm went off 20 min later. Went down again to notify staff while running into housekeeping who said the alarm had been going off since the day before. Before writing an online review I was hoping management would reach out. They did not.

Comfortable but hotel needs updating.
6.0Big well equipped room. Close to restaurants and shops.
− Small bathroom. Most of the breakfast - pastries, milk - had gone when we got down at 8.15, I know that the workers get down there very early but it should have been replenished. The hotel, although functional, was very much in need of updating.

9.0Good location with dining options nearby. Large suite was nice, clean and comfortable with surprising amount of items for use in kitchen. Breakfast was the real stand out. Exceptional variety and quality and lovely lady manning the breakfast area.
− The hotel doesn’t look very inviting on the outside. Dated and tired. Lacklustre lobby area. They really need to do landscaping or something to make this hotel look nicer on the outside.
Great location and amazing staff!
10.0We were stuck there when traveling through for 2 days. The staff was AMAZING and so accommodating. I am so thankful and grateful. Room was huge, clean, and comfortable. We spent time at the park just a couple blocks away, ate a restaurants within walking distance, and went to the mall for shopping and a movie to pass the time.
