SWEEP AND MOP THE FLOORS
3.0It was a nice cozy place for the most part
− We walked into the room and the floors were not swept and there was lil chunks of foam pieces all over the floor and the bathroom floor was all dirty like it also wasn’t swept

− Uneasy about the amount of pets not in carriers. One barked at me in the lobby. Shouldn't be able to be in common areas with guests

− The hotel was extremely dirty. The first guest room had an unmade bed and wasn’t clean, so we were moved to a second room — which had bugs on the bed and was also dirty. We immediately left and did not stay. When I asked for a refund. (Didn’t get my full refund) Very disappointing experience, and I would never stay here.

− Dog had peed on the wall by the bathroom and had not been cleaned up! Glasses were dirty and hair was in the bathtub! The dog not the hair was ours.
