1.0− Because of my booking at this hotel, what was supposed to be one of the most beautiful days of my life was completely ruined. I had asked the hotel to prepare a special surprise for my wife, and they made me wait outside the hotel for five hours. In the end, they did absolutely nothing and simply said, “We apologize for the misunderstanding.” This is honestly ridiculous. Are you serious? Considering the high prices you charge, I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially because it was meant to be a very special day for my wife and me.
