10.0I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pullman Shanghai Central. All team members demonstrated the authentic Pullman's way of hospitality, attentive, polite and efficient. The guest room is well-maintained, spotlessly clean with great sound insulation. Centrally located in Huangpu District, convenient for dining and sightseeing. Every thoughtful touch reflects meticulous service. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Shanghai.
Great service and great location.
9.0Staff were excellent and spoke English. There were lots of options at breakfast for both Eastern and Western tastes. I had two separate bookings, and they were able to merge them, so I didn't have to change rooms. It's close to tourist areas, a Metro station and a mall full of useful shops and restaurants.

10.0A fantastic 5 star hotel. The chain Pullman is also quite good and the quality for price ratio is exceptional. I don't understand why this property doesn't have a higher rating on Booking.com (at least above 9.0) but I would definitely book it again.
