5.0Carmen and anthony were great. They were helpful and sweet. The pool was clean. It was in a decent location. It was quiet and felt safe.
− The audience every time someone got in the pool, the creepy front desk night shift guy who was also very rude. The way that some of the housekeepers would open the room doors with guests still inside the room. The rudeness of most of the employees, however, There was the exception of Carmen Anthony and a couple of the other employees who were polite. We put our dirty towells out each morning for housekeepimg but we had trouble getting towels or toilet paper from one housekeeper(older man) kept telling us it wasn't his room so he couldn't give us any off his cart the others would say they would bring us some back or they would say there in the laundry, we would have to wait until we could shower. The old saying, "You get what you pay(maybe overpay) for," is definitely true here! Good luck😁
Its a good location would not stay here a second time

− The outlets didnt work, towels were dirty most of them had red spots, one of the pillows had red spots, the door had red spots im not saying the red spots were blood but that is what they looked like. Very unsanitary. I would not stay a second time
