Not worth it.
6.0Pretty building, comfy bed and nice restroom with two sinks so my daughter and I could both get ready together.
− There was MAJOR construction and repairs going on Saturday early morning, which they did not tell us about until AFTER we had paid for the booking. The "breakfast" was a joke - stale chips, a few bruised apples, and random cheap granola bars. There was never anything fresh put out during our stay. Coffee was decent - but how could it not be with K-cups...? Don't love the extra waste that causes, though. There was an elderly man onsite both days doing computer work and seemed to be the owner, but never made eye contact or even said hello. Guests are not allowed to use the kitchen - at all. Not even to grab a glass for water or a bowl/plate if you brought back food. Would not stay again - especially at the rate they charge.

− "Breakfast" was a joke - see pic below. Also, the smoke detector went off our first night and we had to remove it from the wall to get it to stop around 11:30. Noisy construction early Saturday morning that made it difficult to rest and have a peaceful morning. Guests are not allowed in the kitchen - not even for a glass of water. Elderly man on site that seemed to be the owner but was not friendly or attentive. Just sat in the office and worked on his computer.
Got in late, out early. Room comfortable and quiet.

10.0It was quaint and charming with all the amenities we needed. Quiet neighborhood but close to downtown Napa. We loved everything about it.
