9.0Hotel accogliente, in ottima posizione rispetto alle spiagge. Cibo ricercato. Ottime colazioni. Staff gentile e collaborativo.
− Le spiagge di Procida sono belle e sono quasi tutte raggiungibili anche a piedi dall'albergo.Solcalante Purtroppo camminare lungo le strade è molto pericoloso e a volte bisogna schiaccianti contro i muri delle case per far passare i pulmini e le auto.
Vyměnit personál a bude to dobrý hotel
7.0Ubytování bylo fajn. Klasický italský hotel,takže nelze očekávat žádný luxus,ale ubytování bylo čisté a to je hlavní. Pláž je od hotelu asi 10-15min chůze. Počítejte s tím, že do města je to zhruba 30min chuze a v okolí hotelu není žádná restaurace nebo bar. Zaplatili jsme si polopenzi, snídaně byly i na italský strandard podprůměrné. Večeře však byly velice chutné, byli jsme moc spokojeni.
− Snídaně podprůměrné. Nejhorší na celém pobytu byl personál, na pozdrav skoro nikdo neodpověděl za celý pobyt. Všichni byli velice laxní a spíše dělali že nás snad ani nevidí. Pokaždé když jsme Si objednali něco na baru tak na nás buď uplně zapomněli nebo jsme čekali pul hodiny na objednané pití. Několikrát nám i pomíchali objednávku. Kdyby byl hotel přeplněný lidmi tak se to dá pochopit, ale pokaždé jsme tam byli buď jen my nebo maximalně další dva stoly. Celkově bohužel neschopnost personálu kazil dojem z pobytu a už bych se tam kvuli tomu nikdy nevrátila.Je to škoda
