안락하지만 부족한 서비스마인드
6.0장단점이 명확하네요 장점은 예쁜 수영장과 안락한 분위기 단점은 서비스와 청결도 룸서비스가 24시간된다고했는데 호텔자체 전화문제로 인해 룸서비스가 불가능했어요 이틀뒤억도 호텔에 두고간물건이 있어서 연락했는데 전화연락이 안되었어요 문제에 대한 개선의지가 없어보였어요 그리고 수건에 음식이 묻어있어서 찝찝했어요 바닥이 더러운건 이해했는데 청결관리가 잘 안되는것 같아요 가격은 저렴하다지만 서비스가 많이 부족해요

6.0No WIFI in the room and around the swimming pool and in the restaurant is NOT acceptable! Room next to room service desk are very noisy. Restaurant choice is very limited and very expensive.

10.0レストランにいた特定のスタッフ (それぞれ男性、女性1名) のみ、不快な思いをさせられましたが、それ以外のスタッフは笑顔で優しく、気持ちよく対応してくれました。 前回行ったことを覚えてくれているスタッフもいて、とても嬉しかったです。
