Hotellet levererade långt under förväntan gällande mat, städning, standard och strandläge.

− Maten var enformig och av låg kvalitet – ingenting som speglade det grekiska köket. Utbudet bestod till stor del av deg, gräddrätter, pommes frites och fryst pizza. Kapaciteten i matsalen var otillräcklig, vilket resulterade i att gäster tidvis fick stå med tallriken i hand utan möjlighet att sitta. Rummen är i behov av renovering och städningen höll inte godtagbar standard – personalen bäddade enbart sängarna utan att byta handdukar eller dammsuga. Hotellets marknadsföring speglar inte det faktiska skicket, då bilderna uppenbarligen är tagna för länge sedan. En prisjustering nedåt vore befogad. Stranden i Ixia är inte jämförbar med exempelvis Kreta, och detsamma gäller Faliraki. Det rör sig om steniga stränder som inte lämpar sig för barnfamiljer eller bad med småbarn. Avslutningsvis bör hotellets ägare besöka andra All inclusive-anläggningar för att bättre förstå vad konceptet innebär och vad gäster förväntar sig.

− The room was dirty, bins were not empty when we arrived, floor was not swept and beds was not changed. Towels were not changed every 2 days.

− Timp de 7 zile curatenia s-a facut doar o data. Prosoapele de plaja le poți schimba doar o dată in două zile. Băuturile răcoritoare de proasta calitate.

− Hôtel resté dans son jus, qui n’a pas été rénové de À à Z. Les chambres sont à l abandon, moissisures, douche archaïque, draps tachés etc… la fenêtre date d une époque ancienne ! Restaurant et bar de 1990 A fuir
