6.0老台中人這次入住覺得感傷，曾經的五星級飯店怎會變得如此殘破？姑且不論硬體設備未翻新 (例如衣櫥櫃門鉸鏈壞了未修、淋浴間玻璃門的矽膠防水條掉了未補等)，飯店管理可說是不及格。 首先入住時，乍看非常高級，有四張辦公桌像銀行接待VIP一樣負責辦理入住手續，但實際上人員訓練不佳，好像沒有SOP一樣，未說明客房打掃服務必須掛清理房間的吊牌才會清 (一般飯店是預設清潔，不要的話掛請勿打擾)，也未主動說明停車場使用規則。 入房後更是驚訝於灰塵多到像很久沒打掃過一樣，每個平面 (桌面、櫃子枱面等) 都有一層灰塵，辦公桌上甚至有像食物的碎片。雖然了解為了環保而不附一次性用品，但浴室洗手台連洗手乳都沒有是哪招？洗手還要跑到淋浴間取用沐浴乳。 致電櫃台請求清理服務，結果等了大概半小時才有人來，而且只拖了一台吸塵器，其他清潔用品都沒有，為了等他拿抹布，大概又等了十分鐘。 唯一像五星級的大概只有瑰珀翠的沐浴乳、洗髮精和護髮乳，以及Q彈的枕頭。 可免費停車，但不保證有車位。大型車停B2、一般房車停B3，這次雙十連假住了三晚，回飯店大概都晚上8、9點，很幸運都有車位。 位置算方便，鄰近頂何厝公車站牌，附近也有很多Youbike站。
