Overall my stay was ok but some of staff and the manager was not supportive

Amazing stay, great breakfast, exceptional staff and service!
10.0Everything! Staff were exceptional! It was my birthday and they left me a lovely note and treat in my room and made me feel super special. Breakfast was amazing! Great spread and had everything you could want. Really great staff and service - would come back in a heartbeat and stay longer!
