1.0We stayed at this hotel during our vacation and were very disappointed. The room we were given was extremely small, and both my wife and I felt uncomfortable and claustrophobic. We spoke to the front desk about the issue around 5:30 PM, shortly after checking in. Instead of trying to help or offering a solution, we were told that because we didn't mention it earlier, we would have to pay extra for another room. We felt stressed and disappointed, especially since we were on vacation. Customer service should focus on helping guests, not charging them more when they have a genuine concern. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
