7.0Location, room, cleanliness
− Key card to tap in during 00:00-06:00. I almost miss the flight because their were to way to exit the hotel, I call taxi and went out to show the driver due to driver came at the main road site and i'm on the other sites, when i came out i need to put my luggage in front of the lobby then the door lock and i can't get into the lobby to get my luggage. it takes serveral minute to call the staff to saw.
