8.0For the five stars hotel, front service not too friendly to welcome residence. There's no hand soap and shower soap. Luckily i bring my own. There's have a spot of stain on blanket. But, the room is superb. Soo spacious and comfort. So far, can be improved on services.

Bad staff, worst hotel
4.0I stayed in this property for four nights from 5th to 9th Oct 2024 with my family. First we checked in at 9 pm, and the receptionist was busy on her phone she looked at us after 3 mins and checked us in without even a smile. There was no bell boy we had to drag out luggage to our room. Breakfast was not at all tasty, whatever options we had we are for 4 days. The restaurant staff was also rude, and didn't bother to refill the emply items. On the top they had conference running in the hothe and all the attendees were also taking breakfast in the same venue with guest, so it was crowded and even finishing all the items faster. I never seen this in my life in any hotel. House keeping was even terrible, they left garbage on floor, used utensils in the sink and didn't even bother to refill the body wash in the shower. We also complaint about broken shower and shower door, but no one bothered. I even gave a written feedback/complaint but don't think anyone listened. Pls go for a better place this is worst hotel overseas so far experienced.

2D stay at Pacific Regency PD
8.0This place is easy to find, good location and beach side too. You can’t access the beach directly from the hotel and there is no direct stairs, but the access is just a stone throw away. Spacious room with basic amenities, good shower and pressure. Loved the shower gel and shampoo. Lovely pool too. Will surely come back for the convenience of location. Just that the hotel needs to improve on room cleanliness. Otherwise all good!
