Confortable!
7.0Very close to Metro station, and area of Shinkuku. Nice and cozy rooms, very clean. They change your towels everyday if you want. Amenities provided in reception area.
− Breakfast situation: crowded and always the same options, they need to vary a little.
Bien ubicado cerca del metro!
9.0Cerca del subte, cómodo
− El cuarto es muy pequeño!

10.0This hotel is on the quieter side of Shinjuku, but only one stop on the metro- there are entrances 2 minutes away too. Tokyo is very strict on public smoking, but this has a smoking room. Heaps of amenities at the lobby for you to take. Staff extremely helpful and polite. And a Maccas 2 minutes away for late nights
− Bathrooms were a bit snug
Un gran hotel, muy bien ubicado y a buen precio
10.0Excelente desayuno. Te permite estar hasta la noche sin hambre! Y de noche, no mucha!
− Las alfombras un poco fuera de estilo
Friendly staff, but severe humidity problems and disappointing management made my three-week stay extremely uncomfortabl
3.0Most of the hotel staff were genuinely friendly, patient, and helpful. Despite the numerous issues I experienced during my stay, they generally remained polite and willing to assist. I particularly appreciated their help when I needed to send a parcel through the Japanese postal service. The breakfast was tasty, and I generally enjoyed the food itself. The rooms were also mostly clean, and the overall standard of cleanliness was reasonably good. I also appreciated that the staff arranged room changes when I reported problems. Although these did not ultimately resolve the issues, I was grateful for the efforts of the individual employees. Overall, I want to emphasize that my criticism is primarily directed at the hotel’s management and the unresolved problems, rather than the individual staff members, most of whom were genuinely lovely.
− Unfortunately, my stay of almost three weeks was overshadowed by serious and recurring humidity problems that made the experience extremely uncomfortable. Shortly after arriving, I noticed that the air in my room felt excessively humid. My clothes and personal belongings became damp, an unpleasant musty smell developed, and visible condensation formed on various surfaces, including the desk and my toiletries. The air conditioning system seemed unable to regulate the humidity properly. Its dehumidification mode only worked reasonably well at extremely low temperature settings, making the room uncomfortably cold. The SHARP air purifier also repeatedly indicated excessive humidity, despite its humidification function being switched off. I contacted the hotel staff numerous times and followed their suggestions. I was eventually offered another room, but the same problem returned after a while. What I found particularly unacceptable was the hotel’s lack of response to my repeated requests for a proper dehumidifier. Despite asking several times, no effective assistance was provided. Eventually, I had no choice but to purchase a dehumidifier myself, at my own expense, because the room was otherwise too uncomfortable to continue staying in. Even more disappointing was the response from hotel management. Despite providing photographs and videos documenting the situation, I was informed that their inspections had found no unusually high humidity or technical problems. Instead, the situation was largely attributed to weather conditions and temperature differences. I understand that Japan can be very humid. However, during a short trip to Fukuoka, I stayed at another hotel under comparable weather conditions and experienced absolutely none of these issues. That room remained perfectly comfortable and dry at normal air conditioning temperatures.
