Good place to stay in the way through Katowice. Delicious breakfast

− The room has not been arranged in a really convenient way.

− The SPA was closed for renovating, no information was send before it. The floor of the shower was very slippery and edge of the shower base was very high so you had to be very careful when entering and exiting the shower due to the slippery conditions. Pillows were thin and no additional pillows were not found in the room. The room need some renovating.

− Niestety pobyt nie spełnił moich oczekiwań. Pokój był niedokładnie posprzątany, wyposażenie nosiło ślady zużycia, a obsługa nie reagowała na zgłaszane uwagi w satysfakcjonujący sposób. Dodatkowo śniadania były mało urozmaicone i często brakowało podstawowych produktów. W stosunku do ceny standard hotelu jest zdecydowanie zbyt niski. Nie polecam i raczej nie zdecyduję się na ponowny pobyt.

− Esta ha sido, sin duda, una de las peores experiencias que hemos tenido en un hotel. Antes de realizar la reserva preguntamos expresamente si la habitación disponía de aire acondicionado y si funcionaba correctamente. Nos aseguraron que sí. **Era mentira.** El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la habitación era un auténtico horno; era muy difícil permanecer dentro. Los problemas no terminaron ahí: **el inodoro estaba roto** y en la habitación **ni siquiera había una papelera**. Mención aparte merece el tema del aparcamiento. **Nos negaron en varias ocasiones** la plaza de aparcamiento de pago, a pesar de que nos había sido garantizada al hacer la reserva. Finalmente, solo después de insistir mucho y perder tiempo y paciencia, conseguimos que nos la facilitaran. Lo peor es que la mala experiencia empezó **antes incluso del check-in**. La comunicación con el personal fue muy deficiente y la información que nos dieron antes de nuestra llegada resultó ser falsa. Por desgracia, la reserva ya no podía cancelarse. Después de muchos viajes por Europa, **este es, sin duda, uno de los peores hoteles en los que nos hemos alojado**. **¡No lo recomiendo en absoluto!**
