We had a wonderful stay and felt genuinely cared for throughout.
10.0What I liked most was the amazing continental breakfast. I was travelling with my son to Christchurch for his sports trials and asked if they could provide a high-protein breakfast with items like eggs, yogurt, cereal, and milk. They went above and beyond, preparing everything perfectly. Their willingness to accommodate our request made a real difference and demonstrated exceptional customer service. We also sincerely appreciate Peter, who kindly helped relocate us to nearby accommodation at no extra charge when needed. His generosity and professionalism meant a great deal to us. A heartfelt thank you to both Peter and Tessa for your kindness and hospitality - you made our stay truly memorable, and we would happily stay here again.
