− Upon check-in received room with broken AC. Had to get another room. Upon check-out (7:45am), no one at front desk to assist in checking out. Rang the bell at the front desk to get assist and no one responded. Waited awhile before front t desk representative showed up with food in his mouth.
Comfortable stay in Grand Junction
8.0Friendly staff. Communicated very well leading up to stay. Pet friendly hotel and not a high pet fee! Good location.
− Room was just a little dated. Would’ve taken photos but so tired when we arrived. Just chipped tiles here and there, banged up marks on wall. But nothing bad. Needs a little refresh!

− The hotel has not returned my deposit and charged my card for three meals that I paid cash for. To date they owe me $380. I may have to turn to litigation

− Room was not ready for check in when we arrived 30 mins past check in. Counter lady was rude, moved us to an available room that was next to a motorcycle shop throwing a party. Loud music and revong engines for hours. Room was not cleaned well. Stains on curtains, and lamp shades
