8.0The hotel is well located with restaurants and beach right near. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant manager, Dimitros, gave us a best choice of the fish restaurants in Lagade, where we enjoyed a lot the local food. Rooms are outdated and should be renovated, but it didn't affect our great stay at this hotel. By my opinion, if you are going to Chios, it is the best option to stay due the beach and pool. The breakfast/dinner/supper has a lot to choose from and the service is highly rated. Overall, we had a good time and will return to this property if will be back to Chios.

6.0I liked the location and the staff. I would have given 5 stars but the rooms need the furniture updating and I didn’t like the bathroom, it is old and needs also updating desperately.

8.0Accueil parfait, chambre confortable avec vue sur mer, douche a moderniser. Petit dejeuner parfait et personnel tres aimables. A recommander.

6.0The staff are great, but it looks and feels like the owners have not spent a cent on it since it was built in the 70’s. So, it is tired. There’s nothing wrong with it - it is clean, staff are friendly and efficient, but it is not up to modern standards.

10.0Temizlik kötü değil aslında. Sadece tadilat anlamında rötuş ihtiyacı var. Temizlik o yüzden görünmüyor. Mesela küvet kaldırılmalı, perdeli olunca temizlik belli olmuyor. Genel anlamda çok beğendim. Özellikle resepsiyon çalışanları daha ilgili olması gerekiyor. Ben kendim de hizmet sektörü yöneticiliği yaptığım için algı da seçiciliğim fazlaydı belki😊 Kahvaltı da açık büfe düzeni daha şık olmasını tavsiye ederim. Bunun için para gerekmez, ufak dokunuşlara ihtiyaç var. Masa düzeni daha düzenli olmalı ufak dokunuşlarla ve değişikliklerle.
