10.0Stay was very good, was able to upgrade our room and also extend a night at short notice. Aaron was very welcoming and always willing to help make our stay better.

4.0Location was great, sheets were clean. My 4stars are based on location alone.
− Carpet was stained (looked like bloodstains in some areas) and dirty, duvets were stained, showers were dirty, dirty earbud in our bathroom from previous guest, 2x cockroaches in the room, one was in the teabags, other was by the door. Smelt unclean, showers were disgustingly and one only trickled water. Wish I could upload all 20photos of the place.

− #The curtains to the sliding door entrance weren't hung properly hanging off the end of the track #There was sooo much noise coming from the neighboring tenants I couldn't sleep. #The showers from the other rooms were soooo loud too #The carpets were worn and ripped # I hadn't stayed there for about 10yrs and it was soooo obvious nothing had ever been upgraded. #When I first checked in the manager told me he gave me an upgrade. I was absolutely shocked
